Need to return something?
We care about our planet and actively work towards a more sustainable future. That's why we don't automatically include return labels in our packages — you only get one when you truly need it. Contact us via our form and we'll arrange it for you.
According to our purchase and delivery terms you are responsible for the return shipping cost. To make it easy for both you and us, we'll send you a return label where we cover the shipping cost. Once we've received the product back, we'll refund the amount excluding the shipping fee you paid when ordering.
